The Fleming College Student Administrative Council Inc. Bylaws and Policies are documents that set forth rules and regulations governing the Fleming College S.A.C. Inc. SAC adheres to all these governing regulations in its day to day operations.

In order to better serve the changing needs of the students at Fleming College, the Constitution is reviewed by the SAC Board of Directors every year to ensure that it is up to date. All proposed amendments are put forth to the membership for approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

You, as a member of the Corporation, are invited to attend the AGM and are required to have a valid Fleming College student ID to vote.

Information about the most recent AGM will be posted on our website no later than 5 business days prior to the meeting.
